Bear’s bed consists of individual boat-like pieces, which are carved from Birch wood and treated with linseed oil.
The effectiveness of Bear’s bed is based on the optimum ellipsoid shape of the wooden pieces, through which a deep and long lasting pressure effect on muscles and nerve endings is achieved. The pressure effect of Bear’s bed pieces reaches the deep muscle layers which allows the relaxation of supportive muscles of the spine, whilst laying in a restorative position.

Instructions of how to use Bear’s bed-acupressure device:
Bear’s bed is for treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, muscle and joint pains and nerve related disorders.
Bear’s bed-acupressure device can be used independently or to accompany other forms of treat-ment.
Bear’s bed consists of wooden boat-like pieces which come with their own canvas bag, handy for storage and traveling. The bag transforms into a mat on which the wooden pieces are scattered for the treatment.
How to use Bear’s bed:
- Open the zips on either side of the bag and lay the fabric on hard and even surface, for example on the floor or on a treatment table.
- Scatter the wooden pieces of Bear’s bed on the fabric, some with pointy ends facing upwards and some laid on their sides. Scatter the pieces over a wide enough area to cover all of you back, reaching from the neck to the lower back.
- Place a chair or a stool near you
- Undress your upper body to you waist and lower back area. Sit next to the Bear’s bed and slowly lower yourself to lay on the wooden pieces.
- Make yourself comfortable and lift your legs on the chair or stool in an angle. Make sure the whole length of your back is touching the wooden pieces. During the first 10-15 minutes try to find a comfortable place on the wooden «boats» and relax your whole body whilst Bear’s bed is relaxing your spine.
- One treatment session on Bear’s bed should last for minimum of 30 minutes. During this time try to relax yourself completely. You can also sleep on Bear’s bed. Sleep can last up to 1.5 hours and it works as a very effective treatment.
- To get up from Bear’s bed you can either roll on your side or get up straight.
- After the treatment, collect the Bear’s bed pieces onto the fabric, close the zips and tie the strings on the bag to keep the pieces safe.
Bear’s bed bag can be washed in a washing machine in 60 degrees.
Bear’s bed can be used to treat stress and fatigue.
Use Bear’s bed for relaxation when needed, just 10-15 minute rest on Bear’s bed reduces tension effectively.
When treating already existing condition, for example back pains, it is recommended to use Bear’s bed in the evenings before bed for minimum of 21 days.
